1. 40th Annual Hawai'i Island Visitor Charity Walk

When: May 12

Where: Waikoloa Beach Marriott

Join Hawai‘i Lodging & Tourism Association's charity " superwalk" to benefit one major charitable organization. all walkers on Hawaii Island and Maui are required to have a minimum of $35 for adults and $25 for those under 18 years of age (regardless of age including infants).



2. Orchid Show, Plant & Craft Sale

Where: Old Kona Airport Park ‘Event Pavilion’, 75-5560 Kuakini Hwy Kailua-Kona

The 32nd Annual Mother's Day Weekend Orchid SHow, Plant & Craft Sale will feature Orchid Vendors from Around the Island with New Hybrids and Exotic Orchid Species. 


3. MAKER FAIR SPRING SPREE - VOLCANO

5.Creative Play & Expression

This 3-day workshop for students ages 11-18 presented by instructor artists Ellen Crocker & Alysia Samaru, at The Society for Kona’s Education & Art caters the exploration of visual arts and pottery. Tuition is $85 for all three sessions with an “Early Bird Special” discount ($10 off) if registering by May 25th, and includes all supplies and firings.
